I liked the variety of brands they had, and the prices were decent overall. I did feel like some items were a bit hit or miss in terms of availability though. Did anyone else run into that?

I ordered from burkesoutlet.com and ended up having to return a couple of items because the sizing didn’t really work for me. The return process itself was simple though, so no complaints there haha.

The refund did come through, but it took a bit longer than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just found myself checking my card for a few days. Overall it was fine, but I do think the refund speed could be a little better.

I always end up finding clothes here for way less than I expect, and then somehow I’m looking at home stuff too. The prices are really good compared to other stores, and the quality has been solid for what I’m paying. I mean, I’ve picked up random things here and there and haven’t had any issues, so yeah, no complaints from me.

I tried reaching out to customer service a couple of times by email, but no one ever got back to me. Maybe others have better luck, but in my experience, it was definitely hit or miss, and this time it was a miss.

I ordered a few shirts from Burkes Outlet, the shipping surprised me. My package showed up in about 4 days, which was quicker than I thought it would be. I kind of regret not ordering a couple more things while I was already shopping.

The tracking wasn’t super detailed at every single step, but it updated enough that I knew the package was still moving. Everything arrived in good shape, and the box wasn’t messed up or anything.

I ordered a few shirts they felt thin and kinda cheaply made. One of the seams started coming loose after the very first wash, lol, so that was disappointing. I really wanted to like them, but I don’t think they’re worth it.
